SARVV.IN – 3-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products.
  • Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product, or
  • A wrong item,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, SARVV.IN will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, SARVV.IN will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return Policy.
